This Sprint Coupe is a great driver car and fun to cruise around
in on the weekends. There isn't a lot of options on it,
but it does have Power Steering. The brakes are manual drums,
and operate straight and fine. The interior is new, and sports
the Sprint material. The door panels, arm rests, rear package
tray, dash, console, and interior trim are in nice shape. The
carpet is fairly new, but there are a couple of areas where the
weave is separated. The dash has a black plastic cover on it and
is in nice shape.
The exterior is painted correctly, with the lower half grabber
blue along with the taillight panel, front and rear valences,
and the center of the hood. The correct red pinstripe follows
the blue as it should. It does have the correct Mach 1
grille, urethane front bumper, and painted hood/fender front
moldings. The underneath is very, very solid and looks like it
still has it's original floor pans. The front and rear frame
rails are very solid also. The doors, hood, and trunk all close
very nicely. The quarter panels have had new metal put in along
the way, as well as a new taillight panel. The
engine runs very good and the car shifts fine. I have put over
400 miles on it in the last two years.
