This car has been
sitting in my neighbors Garage for over 15 years, they were the
original owners,
It has 67,800
original miles it came with the B package and is one of 298 made
with the 351 Cleveland engine. It has matching serial numbers,
and yes I even have the original sport magnum sport wheels with
the ford serial numbers which are in the trunk of the car.
I have the original
owners manual, key code punch outs and tag, the owner and
warranty identification card, the warranty facts pamphlet, the
Ford motor oil pamphlet, the original window sticker priced at
$4,212.18, the original sales receipt at $3950.00, the original
consumer information sheet, and many miscellaneous repair
receipts, insurance documents and registrations, including a
hand written log of all miles and gas mileage from 1972 to 1979
which total 45,525 miles.
It was completely
repainted in 1980 but they put the wrong grill on it, although I
have the original and I believe they put the wrong flag decals
on the back panels when it was done. She is in great shape with
very little rust. I am having it sent in for ground up
restoration. I have drooled over this car for 15 years and now
it is mine to take care of.
