VENDOR SPACE
Each vendor space is 12-foot by 12-foot (144 square feet) on the
lawn; not on a paved surface.
Please provide your own canopy or shade structure, table(s) and
chair(s). Your shade structure, equipment and merchandise are to
fit within your assigned space. We encourage a sign or signs to
identify your business or service, and decorations to create a
marketplace atmosphere.
VENDOR INSURANCE
Vendors must provide their own event liability
insurance to participate.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE - April 30, 2012
DONATION REQUIRED - Appropriate donation to the Denton County
Antique Tractor Club, on the day of festival is required.
10% donation should be based on vendor revenues generated.
HOURS OF OPERATION
You are expected to vend
from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday May, 19, 2012.
Load-in will begin at 3:00 pm on Friday, May 18, 2012.
